Returns

We hope you have received & love your purchase, but if for some reason you would like to return your order, here is our policy & process.

Please note products within LAST CHANCE and a sale price of 60% or more are 'Final Sale' and non-refundable.

You can commence a return on all other items within 14 days of the date you received your parcel.  After this time, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless a product is faulty.  
 
Before you decide to make a return, we would like you to know that we will only accept returns for the pieces that are in a new, unused and saleable condition, in the original packaging. All shoes need to have no scratches on the soles or marks on the shoe box, and must be sent back to us in the same condition they were received. Accessories should also be unworn and with all original pieces of protective packaging & tags. For footwear, we recommend trying on your new shoes on a clean, soft surface (like carpet) before wearing outdoors. Our team will check for wear and tear when we receive a returned item, and you will only qualify for a return or exchange after the returned items have passed these checks.
 

Ireland & Northern Ireland Returns 

To commence the return of your order please visit our website & chose the Log In option. Enter the email address that you used to place your order & click continue.
You will be sent a code which will enable you to log into your account.
Here you will see your order & be able to request a return. 
You will receive an email to confirm your request along with a Return Form which must be included with your return. 
Please then follow the below steps:   
1. Check to ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received. If it is shoes or boots there should be no marks to the uppers or soles. If it is accessories they should be unworn and still have all original packaging and no tags removed. 

2. Place the item in a mailer bag or box to return to us. Please also place your return form with your name & order number inside.

3. Log onto www.dpd.ie/returns  and select CONTINUE AS A GUEST. On the next screen, choose Mantra Official from the 'Retailer' dropdown list, state your order number in the 'Reference' box i.e. MO-10500 and complete the return and payment section in order to download your returns label.

4. Print off your returns label and attach to your returns package. Drop off at a DPD pickup point which can be found on their website at www.dpd.ie/pickup
Important: Ensure to obtain a receipt when dropping off package and keep this safe until your return has been processed. 
  

Outside of Ireland Returns

To commence the return of your order from outside of Ireland please log into your account to request a return & follow the above steps 1-2 and then return the package to us via your own chosen postal service or courier.

Important Notes on all Returns 

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your item/order
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of the shipping will be returned to you. 
  • The items remain your responsibility until we receive them intact. 
  • Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process once your return is received into the warehouse.
  • The refund will be made to the card used at point of sale.
  • Management reserve the right to refund any transaction that they feel may have been processed fraudulently through the system. These can include, but are not limited to, hacking or external interferences.
